This Kraus Series 923 EZ-WERKâ„¢ Vibratory Shakeout is a natural frequency vibratory shakeout which handles up to 60 inch square by 30 inch high molds, weighing up to 10,000 pounds, at a rate of one every fifteen minutes. It uses the proven AR hardened finger deck for longer life. The molds are dumped from a mold dump onto the side of the shakeout to meet the customer's requirements. One special feature is an 8.5 HP vibrating drive motor with a VFD control to accommodate different size castings and different weights for optimum performance. Also included is an accelerometer to detect any violent motion should a spring fail and cause damage to the shakeout.
